Tips for Viber and Line Backup and Restore
If you are having a problem while backup and restoring Viber and Line data using UltFone WhatsApp Transfer program, please follow the tips below and try again.
Viber Data Backup and Restore
If your Viber data is empty after backup or restore, please follow the tips below:
1. Before backing up, please make sure you have logged in to your Viber account on the source device, or the backup data will be null.
2. Before restoring, please make sure you have logged in to Viber account on the destination device and have at least one Viber conversation, or the restored data will be null.
3. If the restore keeps failing, please make sure both devcies have installed the same Viber version.
LINE Data Restore
If your Line data is empty after backup or restore, please follow the tips below to try again:
1. Before restoring, please make sure you have logged in to the same Viber account on both devices, or the restored data will be null.
2. Aside from the all the matters mentioned above, if the destination device got zero data restored after the restore, please check the storage available on your device. If the storage left is less than the backup data, there will be zero data restored to the device.
