Cooldown Rules and How to Avoid Soft Ban in Pokemon GO

4. What is Soft Ban?
First of all, in Pokemon Go, some actions will trigger the game CD (CD: cool down time). That is, after performing the above 1-9 operations in the game, if you perform any of these 9 operations again, the game will calculate whether the user can reach this position in the actual physical space based on the time and distance of the two operations.
If the game determines that the user cannot arrive within this period of time, the corresponding penalty will be triggered: the Pokémon will fail to catch, and the system will be kicked out of the tower when the countdown to the gym club is 0, wasting tickets; no Pokémon guarding towers; no attacking Pokémon guarding towers, etc...This is collectively called Soft Ban (temporarily banning).
