Android USB Debugging Is Enabled But Still Not Connecting
If your Android device has already turned on USB debugging mode, but the program still can’t connect it, please try the methods below:
Method One. Switch the USB Connection Mode
Scroll down the phone screen from the top of phone, open the notification bar and find USB connection options. Select a connection mode from the options, click OK and then wait for a moment. If this connect mode is valid, the program will response accordingly.

Notes:
- The USB connection mode options are slightly different due to different brands of Android devices, and thus the option for establishing the connection will also be different. We suggest that you can try these options in sequence: MTP, PTP, MIDI.
- If the USB connection option is not found in the notification bar, please reconnect the device.
Method Two. Re-open Developer Mode and USB Debugging Mode
Navigate to Settings, and find the Developer options. First, turn off the USB debugging mode, and then turn off the Developer mode, and then reopen the Developer mode and USB debugging mode. After you re-enable the USB debugging mode, the program will respond accordingly. If not. Please try again according to the steps in Method One.
